“I love my job because fashion is part of who I am, and helping people is what I enjoy,” ~ Ola Hawatmeh
Her eclectic, dynamic clothing designs have graced the runways of New York, Kansas City, Los Angeles, and St. Louis.
Ola has recorded on air fashion segments with the Fox News Network. Please make contact if you are interested in booking her for a segment on your show.
Ola Hawatmeh has been nominated and received “St. Louis Women in Business Awards in 2014 & again in 2016 by STL Small Business Monthly. Her business is her passion, and she applies her success at it to assist other individuals and organizations.
Ola doesn’t just give back, she also pays it forward!
Incorporating this balance is Hawatmeh’s claim to fame, her compassion, along with her unpredictability and completely unique designs. Hawatmeh believes that fashion should be fun, free and individual and she doesn’t disappoint with her flair for the unexpected and disdain for following trends in her own line. The rich colors and textures of traditional Lebanese art, clothing and culture helped to mold Ola’s affinity for bright, bold colors, unique pattern making and keen eye for detail and quality. “I am inspired by different cultures, my hometown of New York City and the bright lights. When people wear my designs, I want them to close their eyes and dream of different cultures, bold, lovely colors and people singing in the rain,” Ola shares. While her designs focus on women ages 18-35, some of her more classically styled evening gowns, evening wear and cocktail dresses are fitting for women of all ages and sizes. She designs remarkably tailored, custom menswear as well, including suits, t shirts, and slacks.
Her name brand eyewear accessories are now found online. Ola Style Studio is located in Clayton, Missouri, and her designs can be found in stores such as Macy’s at the South County Center.
Deriving inspiration from international travel, various cultures, even fabrics and patterns, she explains, “I design for women and men who are trend setters looking for a one of a kind piece, whether it be a suit, a jumper, or a dress or t-shirt. My pieces are typically designed for special events, and meant to make a statement.” Ola Style’s latest is rocking the runways all over the place with her with vibrant fabrics, fun spring dresses, prom styles, formal wear, and accessories. She is a force of reckoning on the fashion scene in St. Louis, NYC, Los Angeles and many more sites to be seen!
Her signature Ola Style name brand sunglasses are unisex, in aviator style, & large-framed styles and just a few of her designs to come. Hawatmeh devotedly worked with an international team of designers, manufacturers and engineers to create these UVA & UVB polarized lenses in several different styles to compliment different tastes and likes – fit for a rock star, soccer mom or anyone wanting to rock their sunglasses in high style.

MAKEOVER FOR A CAUSE
Makeover for a Cause is a not for profit foundation spearheaded by St. Louis fashion designer, Ola Hawatmeh in 2008. The venture was created to help people in difficult circumstances achieve a total life improvement solution by helping them connect with their inner beauty and confidence. Disadvantaged families, battered women, and children fighting cancer and other illnesses, benefit from Hawatmeh’s personal styling services, and the sale of fashion designs from Ola Style, Hawatmeh’s personal fashion line. Since 2008, nearly 200 families in St. Louis have benefited from this generous endeavor. 10% of proceeds from all personal styling services and sales of Ola Style fashions goes to Makeover for a Cause.
Makeover for a Cause is designed for people in need or in crisis chosen by Ola Hawatmeh to have a full day of personal styling services with her at no cost. They meet with Ola, and the day begins with an assessment of their lifestyle and determining the ‘look’ they want to achieve. A Cinderella story moment ensues as Ola selects the most fitting hairstylist to cut, color and style their hair, leads them through having professional make up done with luxurious skin care products and make up, then takes them shopping to create a whole new look.
By partnering with other charitable organizations to serve Makeover for a Cause clients, Ola helps to promote community, generosity and to enhance the work of partner service providers by complementing their services and helping the client to achieve their goals.
If you or someone you know is in crisis or need and you believe they could use a Makeover for a Cause transformation by Ola Hawatmeh, send us your recommendation and story. Please allow up to three weeks for our decision.

I saw you listed in the Small Business Monthly magazine as one of St. Louis’ top women business owners. Congratulations! As a father of three daughters, I appreciate and admire women who are successful.
I’m contacting you as a Financial Advisor to see if you would be interested in tax-free Missouri muni-bonds. Rates are low now, but when rates rise to 4-5%, I could let you know what is available.
Let me know if you are interested.
Thank you,
Steve Biermann
Hello, I am a model for Kansas City Fashion Week and Teisha emailed me a few nights ago asking me if I would model for you. I am more than happy to model on Saturday, but I was wondering when the rehearsal and fitting will be. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hey, I was hoping to model for you 🙂
I met you at the Empire Hotel last week during your fashion show and loved your work! I was the only transgender person there (I think).
Super excited to be modeling for you this month… A phenomenal opportunity to do what I love and for all of us to join and give back to our community! Thanks!
